Information you give us

When you submit a quote request, we collect only what the form asks for: your name, phone number, email address, the address or area of your project, the type of work you need, and any message you write.

Along with your submission we record the page you submitted from and the date and time, so we know where the request came from. We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive personal information through this website.

Information collected automatically

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare records standard server log data when you load a page — your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of the request — and uses it to serve the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare may set its own security cookies for that purpose.

We do not run any analytics or advertising trackers on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, and no third-party tracking script. This site does not set any cookies of its own and does not store anything in your browser.

Who else receives your information

We share information only with the services that make the site and our follow-up work:

• GoHighLevel — quote form submissions are sent to our customer relationship system so we can respond to you and keep track of the conversation.
• Cloudflare — hosts the site and handles security and content delivery.
• Google Fonts — the typefaces on this site load from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
• OpenStreetMap — the map embedded on our contact page loads from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address when that page loads.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information if we are legally required to.

How we use it

We use what you submit to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule a site visit, and carry out work you hire us for. If you become a customer we may contact you about your project and, afterwards, occasionally about our services. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our business and tax obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] or call (864) 350-4101 and we will take care of it. You can also block cookies and scripts in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not look or work as intended.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging work on their property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
