Information you give us

When you use the chat widget in the corner of the page, we collect what you type into the conversation, and, if you choose to share it, your name and phone number. The widget asks two separate questions: whether you want us to call or text you back about your specific question (a customer-care message), and whether you also want occasional promotions and offers (a promotional message). You can say yes to either, both, or neither — they are independent choices.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive personal information through this website.

Information collected automatically

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare records standard server log data when you load a page (your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of the request) and uses it to serve the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare may set its own security cookies for that purpose.

We do not run any analytics or advertising trackers on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, and no third-party tracking script. The site itself sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, though the embedded services listed below may set cookies of their own.

Who else receives your information

We share information only with the services that make the site and our follow-up work:

• GoHighLevel: our chat widget is hosted by GoHighLevel, so anything you type into it goes to them directly and lands in our customer relationship system. It loads on every page of this site, so GoHighLevel receives your IP address whenever you visit, whether or not you write to us, and it may set its own cookies in your browser.
• Cloudflare: hosts the site and handles security and content delivery.
• Google Fonts: the typefaces on this site load from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
• OpenStreetMap: the map embedded on our contact page loads from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address when that page loads.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information if we are legally required to.

How we use it

We use what you submit to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule a site visit, and carry out work you hire us for.

If you opt in through the chat widget, you are agreeing to receive calls, texts and emails from us about your question or project and, if you separately opted into promotional messages, occasional offers and updates too, including requests for a review once your project is finished. Agreeing to either is not a condition of hiring us. Message and data rates may apply.

You can stop hearing from us at any time. Reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or just call or email us and ask. We will still contact you directly about work you have actually hired us to do.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our business and tax obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] or call (864) 350-4101 and we will take care of it. You can also block cookies and scripts in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not look or work as intended.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging work on their property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
